Obtaining Test Results

Normally the surgery will contact you with abnormal results otherwise ring 01483 899824 or 01483 898123 between 11.30am and 12.30pm or 2.00pm and 3.00pm daily for results.

Referrals

Routine referral letters will be despatched, or will be ready for collection, within one week of the referral having been agreed with the doctor.

Change of Personal Details

If you change your name, address or telephone number please give full details at reception, including your postcode. If you move outside our practice area, you will need to find a doctor in your new area. The Primary Care Agency will help you if you experience any difficulty - call 0208 335 1400 or visit the Local NHS services website.

  New Patients

Patients may register privately or under the NHS with a doctor at this practice. Appointments are made as above but special times are set aside for these consultations. If you would like further details please contact the Practice Manager, Alison Williams on 01483 898123 or by email.

  Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions can either be made by returning the tear-off slip attached to your last prescription or by completing our online form. Please note that requests for items that are not on repeat must be made in writing to your doctor. If you would like the prescription posted to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope, otherwise all prescriptions are available for collection 48 hours after request. Remember to allow extra time at weekends and Bank Holidays when the surgery is closed.
