Travel Immunisation Clinics
Our Practice nurses are up to date with the knowledge and expertise needed to advise you on your needs. Please give as much notice as possible by filling in a Travel Clinic form which is available from reception or online as a PDF document click here.
All immunisations are available through the practice, including Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis and Rabies. We also have available sterile travel packs in case you become injured or ill while abroad. There are charges for some items and vaccines.
Well Woman Clincs
Ladies are encouraged to be seen regularly for cervical (cancer) screening, breast examination and life style check ups. You may, of course, see your own doctor for any of these services if you prefer.

Ante-Natal Clinics
These are run on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons by the Daisy Team of midwives who are based here at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. For an appointment telephone 01483 898 123.
We like to see ladies early in pregnancy i.e at 8-10 weeks and then on a regular basis throughout the pregnancy. Most of the ante-natal care will be provided at the practice by the midwives and doctors, except for the scan at 20 weeks which will be at the RSCH. Ladies are encouraged to alternate visits between the doctor (all of whom are qualified in obstetrics) and the midwives. Both the midwives and the doctors will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
Child Immunisation & Dev. Clinics
Childhood Immunisation & Development clinics are held on Mondays from 1.30 - 3.00pm. Please make an appointment with reception for immunisations. Appointments for routine development checks (e.g. eight weeks and eight month checks) will be forwarded to you at the appropriate times.
Cryotherapy Clinics
"Freezing" clinics are held on Wednesday morning. Your doctor can refer you to these clinics for treatment of skin lesions if appropriate.
Diabetic Clinics
These are run on a regular basis on Wednesday afternoons. All our diabetics are invited for review either by the practice or by the hospital clinics or some are shared. We have been fortunate in being able to put together a full diabetic care team including a dietician, chiropodist and an ophthalmic optometrist in addition to the doctor and practice nurses.
ENT Clinics
Dr Hornett continues to run ENT Clinics on a weekly basis. Referrals are through your GP.
Flu Clinics
These are held each year in October and November. Patients who are at risk and who are over the age of 65 and would like to have the injection should make an appointment at reception in person or by telephone in early October. People particularly at risk include those with asthma or chest disease, diabetes, chronic heart disease, renal disease and those who are immuno-supressed because of medication or disease.
Asthma & Spirometry Clinics
Our specially trained nurses run asthma and spirometry clinics throughout the week. Please do make an appointment for an "Initial Assessment" and regular check tips. We find that by regular and thorough review we have managed to reduce most people's symptoms and improve their life style.
INR Clinics
For patients who are taking Warfarin, we are able to offer a full weekly testing service at the Surgery on Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Consultant Clinics
Consultants from the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Surrey Hampshire Borders NHS Trust run out patient clinics at the surgery on a regular basis. The specialities covered are:
